This patient came to the Nashville office wanting more upper pole fullness and a shape better proportioned to her frame. On examination she had a narrow base width, minimal breast tissue, and good skin quality with the nipple in good position, which made her a candidate for augmentation alone without a lift. Dr. Nixon performed a breast augmentation with implants sized to her chest measurements rather than to a cup size, prioritizing a natural upper pole slope and a cleavage width appropriate to her anatomy.
